We all know that Girl Scout Cookies are amazing straight out of the box, but sometimes it’s fun to make other tasty treats with them! This cookie season, we wanted to share with other cookie-lovers one of our favorite Girl Scout Cookie recipes: Thin Mint Truffles!! Yum!!

Thin Mint Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box of Thin Mints
4 oz. cream cheese
Melting chocolate
Colored tube frosting or other toppings
Directions:
1. Crush the cookies in a blender.
2. Mix the Thin Mint crumbs with the cream cheese in a bowl until a dough forms.
3. Freeze the dough for at least an hour.
4. Roll the dough into balls about an inch in diameter.
5. Prepare the melting chocolate and dunk the truffles. Use a fork or toothpick to take it out, tap off the excess, and set it on parchment or wax paper to dry.
6. When dry, top with a swirl of frosting or another topping of your choice.
